GOLDEN LIGHTS MUSIC FESTIVAL is the gold standard festival experience held across the expansive outer fields of Trusts Waitakere Stadium, Auckland. Auckland’s first major festival to kick off the new year, held in the first week of January. The festival provides a perfect meeting point for returning holiday makers while also providing a well earned release for hard working Aucklanders who slogged it out during the New Year break.
Heading into its fourth year, the festival was first established during the COVID pandemic in January 2022, one of only a few festivals in the world that was able to go ahead during this time. Produced by Endeavour Live, New Zealand’s leading live entertainment festival producers.
Gates open at 2:30pm, and finish at 10:30pm, providing over 8 hours of entertainment. Golden Lights is a R18 event.
